Paco (HR Head) will look to fire you over any menial or misunderstood offense(keep in mind you work 7 days a week for months, mistakes are bound to happen) while not only under the influence of drugs but clearly condoning the use of drugs and distribution rings even on PFI property where it's obviously prohibited. This place is blood money unless you decide to work overtime and do 18 hours EVERY day but even then I honestly swear to you, you will not make that much. A lot of your pay will be allocated towards meals and for living quarters each day. It's just not worth what you'll have to deal with. Great place to work. I worked here when I was in college. Great company to work for at that time. Very clean and convenient to shops around town. Management very nice and friendly.
